We enjoyed our stay very much. The folks that work here were super nice, especially the woman in the office. Yes the lots are very tight but a nice gentleman who works there helped us back in. The park was decorated for Christmas and they had a golf cart parade! Every golf cart was decorated. How fun! We had one issue with a woman that has a German Shepherd. Her dog was horribly aggressive and he wanted to eat us every time we walked by. Then we saw her walking the dog with a muzzle. I read another review from a man that has two dogs, both he claims are well behaved. I trust him more than this woman. She had no control of this dog while she walked him either. She also has a small dog, not sure of the breed. This woman should not be allowed to have that German shepherd in the park. He is dangerous and in dire need of training. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The lots are very tightly packed together and hard to get backed into, but we have stayed here twice before and had a very nice time, but when I tried to book a week for this winter, the guy on the phone was very curt and rude. We have two sweet, gentle, well-behaved, very socialized dogs, a black lab and a Doberman, that everyone loves that meets them. Like I said, we have stayed at this park for two week-long stays with them, and everyone was fine with our dogs, petted them, remarked how sweet they were, and suggested dog parks where they could run off-leash. We have never had a problem at any of the many campgrounds we have stayed at! Suddenly, this year, this guy would not even let me explain how sweet, gentle, and well-trained our dogs are and that we have stayed there two week-long stays before. He rudely interrupted me, almost yelling at me. Sad to say, this place must have gone from okay to crummy in the past 8 months!! :( Someone needs to train their employees with courtesy and people skills!

Will not allow you to have equipment of any kind outside, community is comprised of elect favorites and seasonal occupants. If you're not found in favor of community residents, you will be treated differently, subject to continual harassment and being ostracized. Properties can be sold and bought without original title being rendered which allows a legal collusion between park management and private sellers. Community management only favors select residents and other occupants are treated differently with notices and fines. Claims all age park, but does not encourage the community families or growth of a productive outcome on anyone's behalf. Park management states each lease is written vaguely to cover community assets and own personal gain. A temporary stay is discouraged, and a long term investment here is an absolute nightmare. In simpler words, just don't.
